About the Offering
What exactly do we offer and what does it cost?
What exactly do you offer?
What exactly do you offer?
We offer a 3-month enablement project that scales with your team — from 2 employees as a small pilot up to entire divisions. We handle the heavy lifting (workspace setup, governance, compliance, training) so your team can focus on prompting and value creation. The result: A proven framework for governance, compliance, and scaling.
Our employees aren't developers and can't install anything. Will this work?
Our employees aren't developers and can't install anything. Will this work?
Yes — that’s exactly the case we’re built for. Your caseworkers, underwriters, claims handlers, back-office staff don’t need to know what Node.js, Git, or a terminal is. We pre-configure a cloud workspace they open in their browser, log into via secure login, and start prompting in plain language. Nothing gets installed on the company laptop, no admin rights are needed, no IT ticket. Before the project starts, they can dry-run with our free e-learning (50 lessons, 9 categories) — risk-free, no contract.
Why not do it ourselves?
Why not do it ourselves?
You can install Claude Code yourself and quickly get initial results with some experimentation. And if it’s just about your own productivity, that’s a good option. But you won’t become a Claude Code expert overnight. And if you want to convince others, if you need to create processes and foundations to build a stable foundation in a large organization, completely different skills than technology and terminal knowledge are required. We do exactly that as specialists. We ensure that sought-after developers and sysadmins create value while also enabling the rest of the organization.

What's included in every package?
What's included in every package?
Consulting, workspace setup (cloud or local), training, governance framework,
compliance documentation, 3 months support. Third-party costs (Claude
subscriptions, software licenses) up to $220 (€200) per employee
are included.
What's not included?
What's not included?
Travel costs for optional on-site visits at your location (reimbursed at cost, agreed in writing before any trip), and third-party license usage above the included per-employee allowance (billed with a flat 5% handling fee, discussed with you before it is incurred). Nothing else. No setup surcharges, no per-seat add-ons, no overtime fees, no per-token markup.
What do you mean by license costs?
What do you mean by license costs?
We cover third-party costs using our own credit cards: Claude Code subscriptions, API calls, and other software licenses. A single employee can subscribe to Claude Code for $20, $100, or $200 per month — we expect most users will be fine with $20 or $100. We also recommend trying free alternatives like OpenCode with free LLMs, pay-as-you-go API usage, or even fully local models. Each option has trade-offs that we’ll explore together.

Cloud workspace or local installation?
Cloud workspace or local installation?
Both — you choose. The cloud workspace runs in the browser:
web-based VS Code with Claude Code in the terminal, accounts under
firstname.lastname@weldall.ai, fully pre-configured by us. No
installation on the local machine, no admin rights needed, no IT ticket.
Perfect for organizations where employees can’t install software or
where mail and corporate data must stay on-prem. The local installation
runs Claude Code directly on the company laptop — the classic path,
great when your team has admin rights and your security team is
comfortable with local AI tools. Same project scope, same price.

Do you work with international clients?
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Our project is delivered remotely by default and works worldwide. Our team works out of Seibert offices in the USA, Germany, France, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland — meetings at those offices can be arranged whenever helpful, at no extra cost. On-site visits at your location are also possible: travel costs are reimbursed at cost within the project, and depending on workshop scope and overall budget we agree on any additional compensation for on-site work together upfront. So whether you’re a company in Dubai or anywhere else in the world — we’re happy to work with you. And of course, individual team members from any country are welcome to participate.
What happens after the 3 months?
What happens after the 3 months?
After 3 months you have what you need to walk into the board meeting: at least one working pilot application running in your department, trained internal champions who keep building without us, a governance framework, compliance documentation, and a training concept for the company-wide rollout. You can scale on your own or engage us for further support. Access to the project platform remains for your team — Learning Area and team feed continue to be usable.

What if we want to roll out company-wide later?
What if we want to roll out company-wide later?
The project size you book determines who participates during the 3 months. For the company-wide rollout afterwards, we discuss with you how additional colleagues gain access. After the project you’ll have the foundations to scale on your own.
What content is available in the e-learning?
What content is available in the e-learning?

Control, compliance, and cost — managed centrally
To turn individual power users into a company-wide capability, we can run Claude Code through a managed gateway. Budget, usage, access, and data region stay with you — not with each employee individually.
-
Costs with hard limits
Monthly, weekly, and 4-hour limits per person or team, mapped to a cost center. Once the budget is reached, usage stops — no pay-per-token surprises.
-
Transparent usage
Consumption by model and time period, clearly laid out. You see at any time where value is created — and where costs arise.
-
Access managed centrally
You decide who may use Claude from a single place. Onboarding via setup script, revoke at any time — no one juggles their own API keys.
-
Choose your inference region
Claude runs in the region of your choice — including within the EU. Processing stays where your compliance requires it, without giving up access to current Claude models.
About Compliance & Legal Security
GDPR, AI Act, and data sovereignty
How do you ensure GDPR compliance?
How do you ensure GDPR compliance?
We analyze your requirements and recommend tools that are either EU-hosted or allow for privacy-compliant agreements. We create clear guidelines on which data can flow into which tools – and which cannot.
Are you prepared for the AI Act?
Are you prepared for the AI Act?
We map each deployed AI system to the EU AI Act risk tiers (prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, minimal). For each system we document: provider, model, hosting region, purpose of use, data categories, human-oversight responsible, logging mechanism, and transparency obligations under Art. 50. Output is a register that your DPO and AI-Act compliance owner can hand to a notified body — not a slide deck. We don’t certify your organisation; we hand you the evidence base.
How do you solve the US cloud problem?
How do you solve the US cloud problem?
You have three paths. Default: the prompt content is processed by Anthropic in the US (with SCCs and a commercial DPA; zero-data-retention is available on enterprise plans on request). Managed gateway: if processing must stay in the EU, we run Claude Code with a selectable EU region — plus central budget, usage, and access (see Control, compliance, and cost). OpenCode: for full data sovereignty, use your own, local, or EU-hosted models. We have experience with exactly these trade-offs.
Who is liable for AI errors?
Who is liable for AI errors?
Clear liability regulations are part of our framework. We help with structuring contracts with AI providers and defining internal responsibilities. After the pilot, you’ll know exactly who is responsible for what.

About the Process
How does the project work?
How does the project work?
How does the project work?
Immediate start: We begin as soon as the order is placed – no waiting. Active involvement: You’ll immediately receive tasks you can complete independently. We drive progress: Active pushing, not waiting for you to reach out. Hard deadline: After 3 months, it’s over – this motivates execution.
How much time do we need to invest?
How much time do we need to invest?
The project should feel like an intensive boot camp – demanding but effective. Plan regular time for your participating employees: training sessions, feedback sessions, application in daily work.
What happens if we don't finish in time?
What happens if we don't finish in time?
The 3-month window is fixed. What doesn’t fit is not part of the project. This motivates focused execution. If needed, you can engage us for additional support after the pilot.
Is there a platform that shows project progress?
Is there a platform that shows project progress?
Yes. Our project platform runs at agentsproject.seibert.group. After login via Seibert OAuth you see a dashboard matching your project phase (Prospect, Commissioned, Running), a Kanban board over all 9 deliverables, a Learning Area with 50 lessons in 9 categories, a team feed for exchange, and a team page listing all 16 involved people. Prospects get access before commissioning.
