    About the Offering

What exactly do we offer and what does it cost?

    What exactly do you offer?

We offer a 3-month pilot project where we work with 25 employees from your organization to establish the foundation for company-wide AI adoption. The result: A proven framework for governance, compliance, and scaling.

    Why not do it ourselves?

You can install Claude Code yourself and quickly get initial results with some experimentation. And if it’s just about your own productivity, that’s a good option. But you won’t become a Claude Code expert overnight. And if you want to convince others, if you need to create processes and foundations to build a stable foundation in a large organization, completely different skills than technology and terminal knowledge are required. We do exactly that as specialists. We ensure that sought-after developers and sysadmins create value while also enabling the rest of the organization.

    What does it cost?

What do you mean by license costs?

We cover all third-party costs using our own credit cards. This includes Claude Code subscriptions, API calls, and other software licenses. A single employee can subscribe to Claude Code for $20, $100, or $200 per month – we expect most users will be fine with $20 or $100. We also recommend trying free alternatives like OpenCode with free LLMs, pay-as-you-go API usage, or even fully local models. Each option has trade-offs that we’ll explore together. Up to 5,000 euros in third-party costs are included in the fixed price. Costs beyond that are invoiced with a 5% handling fee. Since we manage all costs centrally, we’ll discuss this with you upfront.

    Why only 25 employees?

25 employees are enough to develop a robust framework, yet small enough for rapid iteration. After the pilot, you can roll out the framework to your entire organization yourself – scaling is part of the deliverable.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, we offer our services worldwide. Our team members are based in countries where we have official offices: USA, Germany, France, Denmark, Austria, and Switzerland. For clients in other locations, travel costs are capped at 5,000 euros within the project budget. So if you’re a company in Dubai or anywhere else in the world – we’re happy to work with you. And of course, individual team members from any country are welcome to participate in the pilot group.

What happens after the 3 months?

After 3 months, you’ll have everything you need for independent rollout: governance framework, compliance documentation, training concept, internal champions. You can scale on your own or engage us for further support.

    About Compliance & Legal Security

GDPR, AI Act, and data sovereignty

How do you ensure GDPR compliance?

We analyze your requirements and recommend tools that are either EU-hosted or allow for privacy-compliant agreements. We create clear guidelines on which data can flow into which tools – and which cannot.

Are you prepared for the AI Act?

Yes. Our framework considers the requirements of the EU AI Act. We document the deployed AI systems, their risk classification, and the necessary measures. This documentation is audit-ready.

How do you solve the US cloud problem?

We offer alternatives: OpenCode enables the use of your own (sometimes even local) LLMs or EU-hosted models. For organizations with strict data sovereignty requirements, this is often a better path than proprietary US solutions. We have experience with exactly these trade-offs.

Who is liable for AI errors?

Clear liability regulations are part of our framework. We help with structuring contracts with AI providers and defining internal responsibilities. After the pilot, you’ll know exactly who is responsible for what.

    About Tools & Technology

Which tools do we recommend and why?

    Which tools do you recommend?

Do we have to use specific tools?

No. We advise you objectively and recommend what fits your requirements. If you already have tools in use, we evaluate their suitability and integrate them into the framework.

Do you integrate with our existing infrastructure?

Yes. Whether Atlassian, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 – we integrate AI into your existing systems. For Microsoft integration, we work with our partner Computerra.

    About the Process

    How does the project work?

    How does the project work?

Immediate start: We begin as soon as the order is placed – no waiting. Active involvement: You’ll immediately receive tasks you can complete independently. We drive progress: Active pushing, not waiting for you to reach out. Hard deadline: After 3 months, it’s over – this motivates execution.

How much time do we need to invest?

The project should feel like an intensive boot camp – demanding but effective. Plan regular time for the 25 pilot participants: training sessions, feedback sessions, application in daily work.

What happens if we don't finish in time?

The 3-month window is fixed. What doesn’t fit is not part of the project. This motivates focused execution. If needed, you can engage us for additional support after the pilot.
